REES 220 Societies and cultures of Eurasia

Greetings again. Because of some technical challenges and various problems in coordinating schedules/syllabi, we thought that in addition to the e-mail exchange between students enrolled in this course and select students from Gorno-Altaisk State University in Russia, we thought it might be easier to establish a blog for all the participants. We are still working out some of the rubrics, but the overall intent is to encourage student discussion/participation. As we all become more familiar (myself in particular) with the possibilities that a blog offers, I'm hoping that this will become an open forum for students enrolled in this course.
